Product and UX designer based in Melbourne. I'm drawn to problems no one has quite figured out yet — it's what led me to energy. I bring creative inspiration from across industries to help emerging spaces feel modern and intuitive, and I'm always looking for something new to learn.
Designing for homeowners making sense of solar, battery storage, and home energy data — from real-time dashboards to savings experiences that make the investment feel tangible.
Bringing Jet Charge's energy management strategy to life through their existing product suite — translating business direction into product design within an established ecosystem.
B2B dashboards and DERMS platforms for energy operators managing distributed resources — complex data, professional users, high-stakes decisions.
Building internal AI tooling and centralised knowledge systems that give teams faster access to context — turning repeatable research and process work into systems that scale.
Hi, I'm Hannah — a Product/UX Designer who's curious by nature, always most at home in spaces where the design problems are still being figured out.
Currently at Jet Charge as Product Designer, focused on EV charging experiences across residential and commercial markets. Before that, three years at Evergen deep in distributed energy resources — building app experiences for Zelora (Bunnings-backed solar & battery), Enreal (home electrification), and Pooled by Poolwerx (smart pool energy management).
Across these roles I've designed for a wide range of users — homeowners managing solar and batteries, commercial operators, EV drivers, pool owners — all within systems where real-time data, hardware behaviour, and energy costs intersect. It's a complex and important space, and one I've come to know well.
Outside of client work, I've been building AI-assisted workflows for my team — a centralised knowledge base and internal tooling using Claude that gives engineers and designers faster access to the context they need. It's the kind of problem I find hard to walk past.
Previously at Creativemass on WealthConnect, a sophisticated financial planning platform built on Salesforce. I worked across multiple product squads solving complex problems for financial advisors.
Before that, UX/UI Designer in the Innovation Team at Resolution Digital, building new experiences for retainer clients.
And before my UX career — I worked as a product developer in the garment industry for brands like Article One, M.J. Bale, and Bond-eye Australia. Design has always been part of who I am.
Product design across EV charging for residential and commercial markets. Also building AI-assisted workflows to give the team faster access to context and research.
Led end-to-end design across Zelora, Enreal, and Pooled — consumer energy apps on iOS, Android, and web. Guided an offshore design team, ran client sprints, and built product feedback loops across internal and external teams.
Designed new features and experiences for WealthConnect, a financial planning platform built on Salesforce — from wireframes to prototypes, working across multiple product squads.
